We are currently hiring Senior Account Managers for our Southeast and Midwest regions.
Southeast Region: We prefer candidates who can work on-site at our office in Tampa, FL, or those who are willing to relocate to Tampa. However, we are also open to considering qualified candidates residing in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or other parts of Florida.
Midwest Region: Candidates located in Detroit, MI, and Chicago, IL, are preferred for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure effective follow up on business opportunities, Manage existing Key Accounts, and expand new sales channels
Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites.
Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose, including installation location, mounting requirements, customer engineering drawings, CAD data, GD&T and inspection plans
Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, engineering associations, etc.)
Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
Utilize all available internal resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
Act as point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period
Effectively communicate recommendations for hardware and software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D as requested by customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prefer a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the areas of metrology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, surveying or quality control
Ability to work independently
Willing to travel (up to 40%).
Min 3 yrs. proven and successful track record in sales of Capital Equipment/Industrial Sales
Familiar with 3D scanning products or industrial measurement, experience selling 3D related products a strong plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
