What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Client Service Representative, you’ll be the heart of our hospital, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and patients. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Answering phones in a call room assisting clients with inquiries.

Scheduling appointments and managing client appointments efficiently.

Educating clients about our services and treatments, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

Managing client communication via email and other communication platforms by ensuring follow-ups and updates are delivered in a timely manner.

Checking clients in and out for their appointments, which includes handling financial transactions and accurately processing payments.

Light nightly cleaning

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Veterinary hospital experience is preferred (2 years).

Customer service experience (2 years preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent

Communicate and cooperate within a team setting.

Ability to walk, stand, and bend frequently.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with both day and evening hours.

Every other Saturday.

Compensation:

Pay Range : based on experience stating at $16 per hour

Possibility of overtime paid at time and a half

Paid Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (Eligible on 1st day)

Paid Time Off: 40 hours first year (accrued)

Supplemental Insurance:(e.g. life insurance, critical illness, etc.) 1st of the month after 60 days of employment

401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year if minimum hours worked are met/maintained

Part-Time Benefits Package:

Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day

Maryland Safe/Sick Leave: 1 hour for every 30 hours that an employee works up to a maximum of 40 hours

401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year if minimum hours worked are met/maintained

Health Insurance: (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, will be notified of eligibility once and if the employee meets ACA guidelines based on hours worked
