Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician, located in New Springfield, OH. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automatic and manual commercial doors. The technician will work closely with customers to provide prompt and efficient service, ensuring all installations and repairs are performed to high standards.

Qualifications

Technical skills in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing doors

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy components

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Experience in the door industry or related field is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
