Role Overview:

The Photographer and Office Assistant will play a key role in capturing beautiful imagery for e-commerce and marketing, creating engaging digital content, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting daily office operations including order fulfillment and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

Photograph and edit lifestyle and e-commerce images for the website, social media, and marketing campaigns

Style jewelry products for shoots to maintain brand aesthetics

Manage and organize digital photo assets

Office Support & Fulfillment:

Handle daily product shipments, including packaging, invoicing, and processing payments (shipping is a major part of this role)

Manage inventory across all platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely updates

Build and maintain client relationships through sales calls, emails, and excellent service

Oversee digital management tasks, including updating retail and wholesale websites, uploading products, refreshing content, and supporting online sales initiatives

Social Media & Content Creation

Develop and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook

Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent posting schedule while actively engaging with audiences

Manage influencer partnerships through LTK and other platforms, including outreach, tracking collaborations, and analyzing performance

Email Marketing:

Create and schedule weekly email marketing campaigns for both retail and wholesale audiences using platforms similar to Klaviyo

Collaborate on content ideas, promotions, and initiatives to drive online engagement and sales

Digital and Website Management:

Assist with website updates, including product uploads, image updates, and promotional banners

Ensure all online content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually aligned with the brand

Tradeshows & Events:

Support the team at tradeshows in New York and Atlanta (travel required), assisting with booth setup, onsite sales, and breakdown

Qualifications:

1+ year of photography experience (jewelry experience a plus)

1 year of fashion industry or internship experience preferred

Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and photo editing software

Must own a camera and laptop

Experience with social media and influencer outreach

Familiarity with email marketing platforms similar to Klaviyo

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Flexible, positive attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and customer service experience

Extremely collaborative, creative, and hands-on, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus (Shopify, Faire, etc.)

Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
