**Overview:** We are currently seeking a Telephone Representative to join our team. As a Telephone Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and engaging in sales conversations. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers - Provide information about products or services - Engage in sales conversations and upsell products when appropriate - Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills during calls - Perform data entry to update customer records accurately - Analyze customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly **Qualifications:** - Proficient in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly - Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer suitable solutions - Familiarity with outbound calling practices - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills This position offers the opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills in a dynamic work environment.
