location: San Francisco (3 days in office)
compensation: $210,000 – $240,000 + equity

they’re bringing on an experienced eng manager to own one of their three core product teams. you’ll lead people, shape process, and work directly with product + design to keep shipping fast as they grow.
what you’ll do:
manage a cross-functional team building key product features
collaborate with product & design to turn customer needs into solutions
hire, coach, and grow engineers while keeping the team moving smoothly
what you need:
2+ years of engineering management, 5+ years in software overall
solid technical foundation—you’re not in the weeds but you get the details
