Position Overview

4 Horsemen Transportation is seeking professional Owner-Operators with their own truck (semi, day cab, or box truck) to lease onto our authority.

You’ll have the freedom to run Over-the-Road (OTR), regional, or local freight based on your goals — while enjoying insurance coverage, fuel discounts, and medical benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield after 90 days.

Responsibilities

Safely transport freight across assigned routes

Maintain compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations

Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Accurately complete all logs, trip sheets, and paperwork

Requirements

Truck Ownership: Must own a reliable and well-maintained truck

License: Valid CDL-A required

Experience: 5+ year of verifiable CDL-A experience preferred

Lease-On Agreement: Must lease onto 4 Horsemen Transportation’s MC authority

Insurance: Covered under our cargo and liability insurance program (weekly fee applies)

Required Documents: CDL, proof of truck ownership/lease, truck registration

Preferred Experience

Previous experience hauling dry van, reefer, flatbed, or box truck freight

Hazmat endorsement is a plus (but not mandatory)
