Job Title: Temporary Epoxy and Concrete Polishing Laborer

Job Type: Temporary (6–8 Weeks)

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a temporary Epoxy and Concrete Polishing Laborer position. This project is expected to last 6–8 weeks, with the possibility of future travel opportunities for those interested and upon discussion at the end of the current job.

Primary Responsibilities:

Grind and prepare concrete surfaces

Mix and apply epoxy materials

Sand, coat, and polish concrete floors

Assist with site clean-up and general labor tasks

Lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs or more

Operate wheelbarrows and other basic equipment

Follow all instructions from the site supervisor

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Willingness to perform physically demanding labor

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Previous experience with concrete work or epoxy coatings is a plus but not required
