Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our client’s rapidly growing team. As an FAE, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of our client's advanced edge machine learning processor. You will work closely with customers, providing technical expertise, pre-sales support, and post-sales solutions to ensure the product’s performance and integration exceed expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of machine learning and edge computing technology.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a field application engineer, technical support, or customer-facing engineering role.

Experience working with semiconductor products, processors, or hardware acceleration technologies.

A strong understanding of edge computing and machine learning applications is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and debugging.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and edge computing environments.

Understanding of processor architectures, accelerators, and performance optimization.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
