Essential Functions:

Process/pack meat products to order, per the displayed order schedule

Erecting boxes and palletizing orders..

Assist in maintaining product integrity following company GMP’s.

Assist with cleaning and maintenance of work area.

Develop a working knowledge of all production areas and order processing.

Comply and follow company food safety and workplace safety policies.

Identify various product forms by sight.

Be flexible and assist in other areas of production as needed/requested.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

This position requires the use of all parts of the body. This includes activities such as (but not limited to) walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting, and turning. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, elbows, hands, and fingers are required. It requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Lastly, this position requires the ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus break/rest periods). This position is subject to temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly. It is also subject to noise levels higher than 85 decibels, so hearing protection is required to be worn. Other environmental factors may apply.
