Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location-Type: Onsite Universal City, CA
Start Date Is: May 1, 2025 or 2 weeks from offer
Duration: 3-month contract (potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $18- $22/hr
Role Overview:
The client is seeking a proactive and confident Project Coordinator to support their corporate services team. This role requires someone who can confidently take ownership, drive projects forward, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be the go-to person for keeping operations smooth, timelines on track, and communication flowing across teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and track projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
Manage meetings, documentation, and logistics across multiple initiatives
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact progress
Build and manage vendor relationships, including handling contracts and payments
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across departments
Analyze feedback and data to improve service levels and workplace experience
Partner with marketing and internal teams on communications and messaging
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience
Support additional corporate services as needed Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, facilities, or corporate services
2+ years of experience coordinating with clients and third-party vendors
Project management knowledge understanding of timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take ownership, lead with confidence, and navigate ambiguity
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable being active throughout the day (walking between buildings, some outdoor time)
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends as needed Soft Skills:
