Summary

As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. PwC has been present in the Mongolian market since 2010. We offer a full range of services, including Assurance, Tax and Advisory services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in Mongolia.

What you will do

Manage and implement internal learning programs aligned with company goals

Develop and deliver training sessions, ensuring engaging and effective content

Oversee the learning budget, ensuring effective resource allocation

Ensure training programs adhere to compliance standards

Promote continuous learning and improvement within the organization

Provide logistical and administrative support for planning, delivering, and managing bookings for learning events, including trainers, participants, and venues/facilities, for both internal and external clients

Coordinate, communicate and produce accurate reports of learning and development activities

Coordinate and communicate with external clients

Support the team in achieving annual business goals

Co-deliver internal and external training

Maintain training records and databases, gather and analyze feedback to refine learning initiatives

Perform other duties as assigned

What you will bring along

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field

Previous work experience in similar position is an advantage

Excellent command of English and Mongolian

PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Excellent client service and administrative skills

Presentation & public speaking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to handle multiple tasks
