Foreman - Pipeline

Job Description

This position is for a pipeline foreman that supervises a crew of heavy equipment operators and laborers, while providing support to the project’s Superintendent. Brennan is a union shop and pay rate is union scale.

Job Description:

· Manage their jobsite and crews, abiding to all laws and regulations and industry best practices;

· Supervise and instruct their crew on their daily tasks;

· Reinforce and promote company policies, regulations, cultures, values, and work ethic;

· Ensure the safety and the jobsite proper use of PPE by their crew;

· Lead the crew in consistent production to allow for our company and our customer to meet the goals of the project;

· Track all crew personnel and equipment daily and accurately complete timesheets and daily reports;

· Communicate regularly with jobsite Superintendent about current jobsite status.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years Foreman experience; P-6 or P-7 license preferred

· 5+ years of construction experience; on pipeline or work;

· Ability to manage all aspects of the jobsite and crew;

· A valid driver’s license is required;

· Applicants must pass a background check & drug / alcohol screening.
