Job Title: ERP IT System Lead Programmer Infor CloudSuite

Location: Greensburg, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time in-person

Reports To: ERP Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP IT System Lead Programmer to oversee the development, customization, and optimization of our Infor CloudSuite ERP system. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that align with business processes while ensuring system integrity, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, integrations, and extensions for the Infor CloudSuite platform.

Write, test, and deploy complex programming scripts, workflows, and reports.

Supporting Analytics with multiple relational, OLAP, and DMR data sources.

System Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Infor CloudSuite with other enterprise applications, including WMS, and third-party tools like ISM PJM DQT a plus.

Leverage APIs, ION, and middleware tools to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

Technical Leadership:

Serve as the technical lead on ERP-related projects, working with external consultants to identify the source of issues and work out a timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

Create a Self-help manual and context-sensitive help.

Problem Solving and Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ERP environment, minimizing system downtime.

Provide ongoing support and assist the training team on end-user training.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication:

Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, code changes, and testing protocols.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in ERP programming, with at least 3 years specializing in Infor CloudSuite or other Infor ERP platforms (e.g., LN, M3, Syteline).

Proven expertise in Infor ION, Mongoose Framework, and Infor OS.

Strong understanding of ERP processes, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, SQL, and scripting tools.

Hands-on experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle) and reporting tools (Birst, Phocas).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Infor CloudSuite certifications (e.g., Infor Certified Technical Specialist).

Experience in cloud migration and SaaS ERP environments.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Must submit a background check and drug testing
