What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach
Make outbound calls to potential customers—don’t worry, we’ll provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven’t taken the plunge yet
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape
Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued
What We’re Looking For
Someone with strong communication skills—you can keep a convo flowing effortlessly
A friendly, confident voice that makes people want to keep talking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls, emails, chats—you got this!)
Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
Comfortable making outbound calls—we’ll train you on everything else
