MicroStation Drafter/Designer

We are seeking an experienced Microstation Drafter to join our team in Naples, FL. This role involves drafting and markups for FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) roadway and infrastructure projects, including roadways, sidewalks, and various county and state projects. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to go direct within 6 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform drafting and markups for FDOT roadway and infrastructure projects using MicroStation.

Work closely with project managers and engineers to interpret plans and specifications.

Produce detailed drawings for roadways, infrastructure, and sidewalks in compliance with FDOT standards.

Make necessary corrections to drawings and ensure all documentation meets project requirements.

Maintain organized records of project drawings and revisions. Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in MicroStation software.

Experience in drafting and markups for FDOT roadway and infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of FDOT standards and requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working on county or state infrastructure projects.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Location: Naples, FL

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Expected to transition to direct hire within 6 months)

Hourly Pay: $32-$35 (Dependent on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Environment: On-site (No work-from-home option)
