Occupational Therapist, OT/R

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a 45-bed skilled nursing facility in Campbell, CA.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care.

Document progress and stay updated with professional development. New graduates are welcome; experience is a plus.

California OT license and BLS certification are required.
