Program Therapist (IOP/PHP Group Therapist)

Seeking full-time Program Therapists for IOP and PHP programs in Arlington Heights.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and involve families.

Qualifications include a Master s degree and relevant Illinois licensure (e.g., LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD).

Experience with diverse populations and co-occurring disorders preferred.
