Physical Therapist (PT)

Seeking full-time Physical Therapists with a $7,500 sign-on bonus/student loan repayment, mentorship for new grads, and growth opportunities.

Provide rehab care per physician referrals, adhering to laws and standards.

Requires graduation from an accredited PT program, active state license, CPR certification, and preferably 1+ year post-acute care experience.

Participate in community health, coordinate care with teams, and maintain confidentiality.

Perform treatment plans, evaluate care, chart appropriately, and utilize therapy software.

Demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, good judgment, and teamwork.

Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and moving intermittently throughout shifts.
