Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Seeking PRN Nurse Practitioners for home risk assessments, including new grads.

Conduct comprehensive assessments in patients' homes, skilled facilities, or community settings.

Review health history, medications, and social factors to improve care and identify chronic conditions.

Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers, providing patient education and follow-up.

Flexible hours (day, evening, nights, weekends), with earning potential up to $9,000/month based on assessments completed.

Must have RN and NP licensure in KY, board certification, at least 1 year NP experience, valid driver s license, and reliable transportation.
