LPN - Neurology

The LPN provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including administering medications, assisting with exams, conducting tests, and documenting in the EMR.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, managing medication requests, performing phlebotomy, vaccine administration, patient education, and maintaining clinical cleanliness.

Must hold a valid New York LPN license, with hospital or clinical experience preferred.

Requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, and compassionate patient care skills.
