Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2-3 years of long-term care experience to evaluate and develop personalized rehab programs for patients/residents.

Responsible for timely assessments, interpreting physician orders, creating treatment plans, and documenting care.

Offers a starting pay of $33/hr (dependent on experience), weekly paychecks, referral bonuses, and peer mentorship.

Shift: full-time days.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and NYS licensure.
