Speech Language Pathologist (SNF)

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a skilled nursing facility in Livermore, CA.

Conduct assessments of speech, language, and swallowing abilities.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatments.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients and families.

Qualifications include valid licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and a degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
