Responsibilities:
1. **On-Site Management**: Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.
2. **Coordination of Trades**: Managing and coordinating the activities of various subcontractors and trades to ensure efficient workflow and avoid conflicts.
3. **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and complies with local regulations and building codes.
4. **Safety Management**: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe work environment for all personnel, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
5. **Scheduling**: Developing and maintaining the construction schedule, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that any delays are addressed promptly.
6. **Communication**: Serving as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication regarding project status and issues.
7. **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between trades, material shortages, or design discrepancies.
8. **Document Management**: Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and change orders.
9. **Inspection and Compliance**: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
10. **Training and Supervision**: Providing guidance and training to on-site personnel to promote best practices in construction and safety.
