Job Description

This is an onsite position working in our Monterey, CA office.

Junior Designer & Drafter

$70,000-$90,000

Experience: 3+ years in architecture

Qualifications:

Efficient in Revit for both modeling and documentation

Creative mind with an eye for design

Intermediate knowledge of all phases of projects California Building Code

Intermediate knowledge of detailing

Ability to assist with comprehensive construction documents

Collaboration and communication with fellow team members

Well organized and efficient time management skills

Ability to render, animate, and photoshop designs using Enscape

Ability to create graphics and presentations using Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign

Additional preferred skills:

Efficient in AutoCAD Architecture

Architectural degree working towards licensure

Interest in mentoring and guiding interns

Interest in growing social media presence via Instagram

Experience with custom high end residential and commercial / hospitality
