What does a Fire and Water Technician with Paul Davis do?

Our technicians are on the front lines of restoring their communities by being first on site after disasters strike (i.e., floods, fires) and will be leading the mitigation effort to restore the property.

Job Duties:

Respond to jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and First Choice Restoration, LLC standards.

Water extraction / Steam cleaning

Demolition

Proper setup of professional drying equipment

Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials

Accurate documentation

Daily communications with clients, Public Adjusters, insurance adjusters, managers

Emergency board-ups

Mold remediationRequirements:

Excellent customer service skills.

Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools.

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics, etc.)

Good with technology. Ability to use smart phone or camera.

Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.

Clean driving record, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

High School Diploma or equivalent

No industry experience required

No experience necessary. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
