Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Schedule appointments

Assist with data entry, filing and organizing documents

Maintain office supplies and inventory

Handle insurance calls and questions

Checking in/out patients

Strong computer literacy skills

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Dental assisting (Willing to train the right candidate)We need the candidate to have either dental front desk experience or denting assisting experience. We are willing to train the floater in area the do not presently have experience in whether that is assisting or front desk in dental. If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and willing to float between the two positions, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $19-$25 per hour
