Summary of Position:

SiloSmashers is looking for a Program Manager with 10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager (PM) or other managerial positions and must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP). Must have excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles and excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills. The PM is responsible for fulfilling staffing plans; providing strategic guidance to multiple teams; formulating, organizing, monitoring inter-connected projects; preparing and/or present reports to Government PMs; and fulfilling the task management deliverables.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities within the task area(s)

Deliver monthly Program Management Review (PMR) reports and prepare monthly Program Management Review meetings

Meet as required by the Government to discuss task management, security requirements, security architecture and implementation, security assessments, technical documentation, incident response, administrative security support, surge support, and/or other project related status or issues

Document and deliver the meeting minutes and action items for all routinely scheduled meetings and provide weekly status reports

Ensure compliance to guidance, standards and regulations such as NIST Special Publications, FIPS, FedRAMP, and other federal regulations and policies.

Assist with identifying, tracking, managing, and reporting issues and risks for resolution as part of the weekly engineering updates provided in the Weekly Task Status Reports

Identify, assess, and prioritize identified risks.

Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.

Support security initiatives and global policy adherence and awareness efforts.

Provide timely status updates/reporting on assessments and assigned projects.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

BS/BA in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or technical discipline.

PMP required

10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager (PM) or other managerial positions

Knowledge of Federal Government SA&A practices and policies, particularly FISMA, RMF and NIST Special Publications 800 series.

Must be motivated and results oriented.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Previous Federal Government experience is a plus.

Active Top Secret/SCI

Work Location:

Remote flexibility with occasional CISA on-site visits as needed

1-2 Days onsite weekly at the SiloSmashers Corporate Office
