Join one of the largest Hyundai dealerships in the region! Northwest Hyundai is located in the heart of Houston's booming auto market. We are located in a brand-new, high tech facility and we are hiring motivated 'Service Advisors' who are passionate about customer service and automotive excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive attitude.

Listen and assess the customer's needs for their vehicle.

Explain the technicians recommendation clearly and honestly.

Keep the customer information during the service process.

Coordinate effectively with the technicians.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience

One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred

Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge

Excellent customer service focus

Neat, clean, and professional appearance

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Basic computer and internet skills

Bi-lingual, a plus (English/Spanish)
