To excel in the role of Professional Customer Sales Associate at D.H. Smith and Sons, you must possess a customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to assist customers in finding the products and services that they need. Maintaining a professional sales presence is key, along with outstanding communication skills. Your exceptional customer service skills, coupled with experience in landscaping or horticulture (preferred) will set you up for success in this position.

Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will be a daily priority, showcasing your ability to make quick and effective decisions to benefit the customer. As a physically demanding role, you should be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education in landscaping or horticulture being advantageous.
