A Cleaning Technician at SERVPRO cleans and restores homes and other property after damage from fire, water, smoke, mold or sewage. They also prepare rooms for work and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities
Clean, restore and deodorize contents and property
Take pictures of contents before and after washing
Load and inventory work vehicles with equipment, supplies, and products
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Respond to emergencies, such as water and fire damage
Help with assessments and restoration plans
Communicate with clients about concerns and the restoration process
Communicate safety hazards and job site findings with supervisors
Thorough understanding of water, smoke, and mold removal procedures and equipment used. (Training will be provided)
Light Office cleaning as neededRequirements
Strong work ethic
Honest and accountable
Detail oriented is a must
Strong oral communication skills
Background in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred
IICRC certification is a plus
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work occasional on-call shiftsPhysical and Work Environment Requirements

This is a full-time position, daytime, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
