Fire Systems, Inc., a trusted family-owned fire protection company with nearly 40 years of industry experience, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional (Report Coordinator) to join our in-office team in Smyrna, GA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment and excels at organizing, processing, and managing inspection reports critical to life safety systems. Job Responsibilities:

Process, organize, and maintain fire protection inspection reports .

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Use company software to manage and store reports efficiently.

Upload reports to online submittal portals as required.

Communicate with field technicians and clients regarding inspection documentation.

Assist with administrative tasks related to compliance, scheduling, and data entry.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

Ability to work with high volume

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Previous experience in the fire protection industry is a strong plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Company Description
