Senior Level Java

My team is working with a new client in the FinTech industry here in Atlanta, building out a cutting-edge investment platform that allows individuals to invest in private markets. They are looking to expand their market fit and performance by building out new features within an advanced investment analytics application, and need to add a Java Architect to the team to do so!

You will be working directly on greenfielding and aiding deployment of these new investment features, in a 90/10 hands on capacity, with some time spent directing other team members. This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills as an advanced backend developer, as well as venture into leading teams. Must have 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring/Springboot, as well as 5+ years' experience with cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices. Must be located in Atlanta for a 2 days per week Hybrid schedule in Buckhead. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Requirements:

- 8+ years Java experience

- 5+ years working with AWS

- Experience developing large-scale microservice cloud applications

- Lots of experience with Springboot/Spring

- Cloud experience in AWS (open to GCP/Azure, as well)

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Day to Day:

- 90% Backend Development

-10% Leadership
