The Opportunity

Engage hands-on with manufacturing lines, testing novel tools and processes.
Identify and manage process metrics, establishing effective statistical controls.
Create precise measurements and document SOPs, ensuring team proficiency and safety.
Your Background
Degree in Materials Science or related field, plus three years’ experience in high-volume environments.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as JMP or Minitab.
Resourcefulness in self-directed problem-solving and learning.
