About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Pay Rate Range:$20-25/Hour

Location:Watertown, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, M-Th, 7am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7am - 3:15pm (no afternoon break), O/T is required (44 hour work week).

Position Type:Temp to Hire

Welder and Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum 6-12 months of welding and fabrication experience.

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience operating fabrication equipment such as band saws, shears, grinders, and break presses.

Basic set of tools, welding helmet, gloves, and safety boots required.

Willingness to learn and receive training in new areas as needed.

Able to communicate with piers and management.

Able to stand for an entire shift.

Able to lift and carry 50lbs

Welder and Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals to fabricate and assemble structural components and custom products.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.

Operate fabrication machinery including band saws, shears, grinders, and break presses to cut, bend, and shape metal.

Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and regulations.
