About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Quality Inspectors

Pay Rate Range:$20.52-30.79/Hour

Location:Forest Lake, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM

Position Type:Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED-General Studies

Certificate-Machine Trades or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 1 years experience in quality inspection

2+ years of experience, preferably in a Medical Device or Component manufacturing environment

Knowledge and understanding of basic Quality Systems (nonconformance, equipment calibration)

Knowledge and understanding of inspection standards

Ability to read, write in English, comprehend and follow work instructions.

Ability to use a computer

Ability to use hand tools

Good manual dexterity and visual ability with high attention to detail

Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, Pulling, Twisting, Turning, Seeing, Hearing

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fill out all required paperwork and documentation.

Reads and interprets blueprints

Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

Understands, and has the ability to, perform tool wear offsets

Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling

Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery

Utilizes and abides by current ISO requirements
