IT Project Manager - Healthcare

Job Posting Title: Project Manager (IT) - Senior

Duration: 12 months (likely extension)

Notes on Location:

- Work must be done within Canada

- This resource will primarily work remotely; however, the resource may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in office on reasonable notice from the Province.

Must Have Experience

Currently active PMP or PGMP Certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent (certificate copy would be needed)

Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation or support of solutions aimed at citizen engagement or citizen access to their personal health information.

Demonstrated experience working in the health industry and knowledge of business practices, information, data and technology requirements.

Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.

Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
