Hiring now for an experienced Cook to assist with the Meal on Wheels program in Ravalli County. Join a dedicated staff that provides over 200 meals, made from scratch, on a daily basis.

Duties:

Assist with all phases of meal preparation

Prep ingredients, follow recipes and cooking instructions

Maintain kitchen sanitation keeping work area clean and free of unsanitary items and objects

Assist in meal delivery

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a kitchen required

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Able to use a wide variety of culinary tools and equipment

Valid current driver’s license

Reliable vehicle with proof of full coverage insurance

Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Able to lift up to 50+lbs.

Job Type: Monday-Friday 35 -40 hrs/week

Wage: $14/hr. mileage reimbursement of $0.575/mile
