Our client is a successful metal fabrication company with a long history of providing quality metal fabricated products are currently recruiting for a Day Shift Production Supervisor for their Cambridge Plant.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a metal fabrication environment

Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures,

Ability to supervise and manage a diverse workforce.

An understanding of manufacturing systems

Ability to read and comprehend engineered schematics and detailed blueprints.

Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, concepts, and experience

Knowledge of ISO standards.
