As a Receptionist for our company, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and provide product information

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments and maintain calendarsQualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
