MBS is hiring a Press Brake Operator for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity, full-time position.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets and plates according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, clearance, and depth of bend.
Monitor machine operation to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating.
Select and install appropriate tooling and dies in press brake machines.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure that they meet customer specifications.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Experience with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
