Job Description

We are a private school located in southeast Atlanta. The person selected for this position will work with all of the pre-school teachers in each age group from the toddler room to the four-year-old room. The hours for this position range between the earliest start time of 8:30 to the ending time of 5:30. (Schedule depends on the schedule of the person you are replacing at the time.) If all employees are present, the selected person will assist teachers in their classroom, moving from room to room assisting teachers and assisting in relieving teachers for lunch. This person will work from a few hours per day or week OR an eight-hour day replacing regular teachers on a day-to-day basis depending on short-term or even last-minute needs (e.g. when a teacher calls in sick). Sometimes, they could replace teachers for a longer period of time. The ideal candidate is caring and dedicated to the children's success. Experience working with children is a plus.
