Job Skills / Requirements
$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position. Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week, and Shift Differentials.
Full time/Part time and Sub positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.’s, Supported Living department. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM
3rd Shift 4:00 PM- 8:00 AM
12 hour shifts may be possible.
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Have a valid driver’s license. Experience is not required but preferred. Availability to work every other weekend is required.

Shift Differentials: Additional $0.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts on weekdays; Additional $1.00 for weekends.
Overtime hours currently available (though not guaranteed).

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends, Sub positions and Flexible schedules available.
Relocation is not provided and travel is required occasionally
