About Maddox + You:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor communications and maintaining AP inbox, entering bills, and verifying / matching bills. This position provides opportunities to grow with the AP team as well as the finance & accounting team.

More about You:

Your key responsibilities will include:

High professionalism when managing and responding to Maddox vendors

Maintaining AP email inbox

Maintaining detailed vendor records, including entering Bills

Verifying / 3 way matching of entered bills for approval process

Validating Vendors

Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the AP process

Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of questions or disputes

Experience & Education:

Minimum High School Degree. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $45k-$60k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
