Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s database.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in communication and adhere to call center scripts and company policies.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current company products, services, and any changes in policy or process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and handle complex situations effectively.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
Customer-Oriented Attitude: Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional with customers at all times.
