Financial Service Representative / CSR – Dixon, Illinois

Our customer in Dixon, Illinois, is a small financial institution dedicated to creating a friendly, courteous, and professional atmosphere while meeting their clients' needs. They are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join their team as a Financial Service Representative/Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Responsibilities of the Financial Service Representative / CSR:

Open new deposit accounts, including Checking, Savings, and Certificates of Deposit.

Provide exceptional customer service for deposit customers.

Troubleshoot online banking and mobile app issues for customers.

Handle various administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, ordering debit cards, resolving debit card issues, and processing check orders.

Financial Service Representative / CSR Requirements and Qualifications:

GED or High School Diploma.

Good credit history.

Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in Financial Customer Service is required.

Pay for Financial Service Representative / CSR: $16 - $18/hour based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with a weekday off if working Saturday).
