About the Role

As Concession Manager at our Fenwick York location, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our brand presence within this premium department store. You’ll lead a small team, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive performance and represent our brand with pride.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading by example on the shop floor to drive sales and KPIs

Providing coaching and development to your team to deliver five-star service

Ensuring effective visual merchandising and stock replenishment

Building strong relationships with Fenwick colleagues and management

Managing rotas, holiday planning, and store operations in line with company expectations

About You

You’ll bring proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a fashion, footwear or accessories environment, and have the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Commercially astute with a focus on results

Passionate about styling and luxury customer service

An excellent communicator and team player

Organised and proactive, with great attention to detail

Confident in using store systems and analysing performance
