A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and staff performance. They play a key leadership role in managing both front- and back-of-house teams, optimizing customer satisfaction, and driving overall business success. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
Hire, train, and manage staff members
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control

Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost sales Requirements:
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
Atleast college level; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
