Entry Level PHP Developer

We're looking for an Entry-Level PHP Developer to join our team in building full-stack software solutions for the automotive retail industry. You'll work alongside experienced developers, gaining hands-on experience with modern web technologies, including MySQL, Symfony, Tig, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Hotwire.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework, following the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.

Work with MySQL databases and Doctrine ORM to efficiently store and manage data.

Build and style web pages using Twig templating, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.

Use Hotwire to enhance real-time interactivity in web applications.

Write clean, structured, and well-documented code while following best practices.

Debug issues and contribute to improving website performance and security.

Collaborate with experienced developers, learning through code reviews and mentorship.

Qualifications

Basic experience with PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Familiarity with Linux environments and basic command-line operations.

Understanding of MVC architecture and relational databases (e.g. MySQL).

Some exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
