Talent Acquisition Strategies is seeking experienced Intelligence Analysts to join our team in support of a high-impact mission operations program. This position is located in Tampa, FL, and directly supports the Joint Intelligence (J2) directorate. We are partnering with a critical client in the defense and national security sector to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence analysis in support of global operational objectives.
Candidates will contribute to a multidisciplinary team responsible for producing integrated intelligence assessments by leveraging expertise in All-Source, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Counterintelligence (CI), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) disciplines. Analysts will synthesize information from multiple sources, identify intelligence gaps, and provide strategic and tactical insights to military decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis across multiple intelligence disciplines, including All-Source, SIGINT, CI, and HUMINT.
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate intelligence products to support ongoing and emerging mission requirements.
Support the development of intelligence estimates, threat assessments, and operational briefings.
Collaborate with cross-functional intelligence teams and operational partners across the intelligence community (IC).
Provide subject matter expertise on regional and functional issues relevant to the J2 mission set.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance is required at the time of application.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence operations
Demonstrated expertise in one or more intelligence disciplines: All-Source, SIGINT, CI, HUMINT.
Experience working with or supporting the J2 or other joint operational intelligence components.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Affairs, or a related field.
Previous deployment or field experience supporting SOF or combatant command operations.
Familiarity with intelligence collection platforms, analytic tools, and targeting methodologies.
